For the campus wayfinding project, we were assigned to redesign the wayfinding system for Sacramento State University’s campus, guiding individuals from Yosemite Hall to Parking Structure 2. The objective of this project was to address issues related to signage visibility, information accessibility, and campus familiarity to enhance the experience of students, faculty, and visitors. While time constraints limited detailed user research, we conducted three research methods: proto personas, sketching, and prototyping to develop an improved wayfinding experience.
